We recently had to go to Greeneville, Tennessee for a funeral. We stayed 3 nights at the Quality Inn in Greenville, Tennessee. The staff was very nice, the room was nice and clean and everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice also. We would definitely stay there again.

It was convenient to where I needed to be

Property needs renovation/updating. Rooms were super small, compared to other Quality inns. Breakfast was bad, everything was cold, juice machine was broken, no cold milk. Refrigerator Broke. Very limited selections. Not the quality I have come to expect from Quality Inn. Room was definitely over priced. Would not stay there again

"Naah"

What a unwelcoming front desk host… maybe spoke five words. Smells musty. AC unit set to 66 felt like it was 75. Milk tasted like it reached warm temperature for a for an extended period of time. Front desk guy mowing his way through breakfast crowd to load who knows what, that no one wanted, without saying a word, making us feel more than unwelcome once again.. this place…. Never again
