Quality Inn Greeneville - Tusculum

Almost empty property but they put us near the elevator. All night long, it seems they put all newcomers on the 2nd floor with us, especially the loud ones. The room was so-so, floor was sticky. The metal surround at the bottom of the bed rattled anytime someone turned over. The bathtub was pockmarked with rust spots. The breakfast was Meh, not horrible but certainly not good. I gave 2 stars for the staff but it was actually for the young man who got me a banana at breakfast, not the woman who checked me in and couldnt give me an answer to a simple question. Far too much money for such a low-rent type property.

Breakfast was good. Coffee at the breakfast bar was great.

Chocolate donuts would have been nice at breakfast. Bacon with the waffles would have been nice.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff each morning and anytime we had interactions. The manager allowed us to stay in the same room instead of changing rooms when we needed to stay 2 additional days. I would recommend family & friends to this establishment.

The place was very quiet except for the bed. The metal frame is very squeaky and jarring

The continental breakfast was fresh and good. The staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to find. The shower had great water pressure.

The beds were hard, bathroom was small, kinda noisy, comforter was dirty, behind beds dirt, freezer was dirty and found cat food under the counter.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, quiet, sufficient well lit parking.
