Quality Inn Greeneville - Tusculum

Great location for what we needed. Room was good sized and bed was comfortable. No issues with noise and felt safe in all areas of the hotel and in the parking area. The morning staff was very personable and responsive. The breakfast options were decent. Overall good stay.

Rooms have been uodated. But wood floors were dirty and mildew in shower. And stained towels were placed in the room for use.

I think it was over priced for the quality. Floors are not mopped. Bed was like sleeping on a board and shower head was broken. The room was not cleaned properly. Some of the staff were friendly and some were not. It was a disappointing stay. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Hooks on bathroom door would be useful . The tissue box was empty. The breakfast was fair - eggs very liquid.

Ok breakfast... Bagels 🥯 were good 💯

Kinda loud at night, hard to sleep well. Had a busload of Georgia athletes... And they were a little roudy.

Toliet sest was barely hooked onto the toliet.

When I got to the hotel everything was ok until I got into my room. First off there was no smoke detector and the sprinkler was kinda sticking out. In the bathroom around the shower head there was a big hole, and it looked like the desk leg was about to come off.

Breakfast and location fine.

Too expensive for this level of hotel.
