El aire acondicionado muy bien

La limpieza no estaba muy limpio la piscina muy lejos cuando la pedí cerca por qué estaba con mi pierna mal y me dieron una lejísimo a la piscina la piscina pocas hamacas y la gente se enfadaba por qué no hay sitios para sentarse y no hablar de la piscina muy sucia y llena de pelos

"Zona tranquila y cómoda para pasar unos días"

Camas cómodas, piscinas bonitas, vistas preciosas, amplio apartamento. Hay aparcamiento cerca del apartamento que te toque si no está lleno.

La piscina tiene pocas tumbonas para lo grande que es el complejo, cuando todos se están duchando sale poca presión de agua, la ludoteca o zona de juego de niños es a partir de 4 años, mi niño tenía 3 y no lo dejaron entrar ni acompañado de mi. Para ir a la playa hay que ir en coche porque está encima de la montaña y hay que bajar y cruzar autovía en coche. Hay que dejar fianza de 200€ y luego te la devuelven. El hotel cuenta con mascota (adulto disfrazado de abeja) pero nosotros no la vimos en los 5 días que estuvimos. Mis niños se quedaron con las ganas de verla.

Me gustó mucho las vistas que tenía desde la habitación y que todo estaba muy bien equipado para ir con hijos.

No había aparcamiento ni hamacas libres en la piscina.

"Great location, Good Food. Unclean Property."

Location of the property was best. Breakfast was very good with ample variety.

The floor of the apartment where we stayed was unclean with dust and litter around. We found two cocroches dead and one alive in the apartment. One day there was no water in the apartment from morning 8am till 4pm. We couldnt take shower and hardly brushed and shaved. Horrible customer support. We wanted to inform the property that we will be check in late. Sent 4 chat messages, called 4 times. Nobody replied till today and call went unanswered. Though we were able to check in without any issues, no body even apologised or acknowldeged that they forgot to reply us. Property is best, we think management needs to improve.
