Cada año que acudimos hay menos personal contratado. Por ahorrar, la dirección ha decidido que los clientes paguemos con nuestra paciencia esperar largas colas en la recepción, por ejemplo, a pesar del esfuerzo de los empleados.

"Situación muy mejorable"

La habitación perfecta tanto en limpieza como en vistas. Nos hemos alojado en el edificio Sevilla, y la verdad que no le faltaba un detalle a la habitación.

Creo que han abandonado las zonas comunes, es una queja creo que diaria a la que no ponen solución. Por otra parte me sorprende el aforo de la piscina y el consumo de bebidas y comida que se permite en dicho recinto. El precio es económico, pero no todo vale. Siento mi crítica pero creo que pueden mejorar la situación.

Vista, piscina, atividades noturnas para crianças e adultos, simpatia e compreensão pelo bebe.

Ter ficado sem água durante um dia inteiro e não terem sido transparentes no tempo que íamos ficar sem água. Estavam sempre a colocar o lixo à porta da nossa habitação. Não conseguimos perceber quem o fazia.

Alles er was geen stromend water kon niet douchen en als ik vroeg aan de receptie zeiden ze dat het normaal is ik had voor 2 dagen geboekt ben na 1 dag weggegaan
