The pool is heated which felt amazing

The beds were broken causing large dips in the beds. The bathroom door in our room locked on its own and staff response was "use a nickel to unlock it". There were broken and missing lights. One of the globe lights was loose and almost fell on my children sleeping. When asked for bedding for the pull out sofa bed (there wasn't none left in the closet like most hotels) staff said they don't have any extra and they have 400 people staying there. I was told someone from management would contact to compensate our stray and NOTHING almost 1 month later.

It fine. There were ladybugs in our room. Told the front desk and they never came. 3 the first night 5 the next. No real cups - plastic wrapped. Coffee in the room only had one cup. Breakfast was good and the room was large with nice furniture.

The parking area has some very uneven pavement and cement and is a bit hazardous for those of us who are handicapped... exp since the handicapped parking is at the end of the parking lot rather than nearer the door.
