Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

Tv near sofa didn’t work. Hot tub and pool were closed. Night staff woman - stood at front desk for a total of 30 minutes while “we will be right back” sign was out. Called down to get sheets, blanket, and pillow for sofa bed for my son to sleep on sofa bed. She said she would bring it up in a few minutes. She never brought it up.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The snack area was “lack” of snacks! Finding out after our stay that if we would have used booking.com - the rooms would have been cheaper by $40 -$50.

Good customer service nice facilities especially the warm pool and nice size room.

heat didn’t work so it was either unbearably hot or cold. we asked for a different room and they couldn’t do that because maintenance was off till Monday. Breakfast was bad , eggs were watery and brown
