Comfortable bed

cleaner bathroom (mildew on bathroom tiles and dirty floor corners) fridge broke down so lost my meal and no offer to replace meal or/and swap a new fridge in (I understand that shortage of staff made it difficult to have fixed until after we left.) Also, the breakfast offerings weren’t very appetizing- tasted meh.

Front desk staff was Rude. The cleaning crew knock on your door a couple times early in the morning. One of my TVs didn’t have the internet. The bar wasn’t open.

How warm the pool was

Sheets didn’t fit the bed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. Bar wasn’t open. Breakfast was lacking completely. No little shop to buy forgotten things.
