"Don’t Waste Your Money!"

We have stayed at this hotel many times, even lived through their long remodel. I called to ask if the hot tub was working, they said yes. We arrived and went down to use the hot tub to find the jets were not working! Horrible management, every single person that works there was rude to us! It took 3 of them to issue a $20 refund which was unacceptable! Our 2 bedroom suite had many things that didn’t work. The refrigerator was falling through the platform and the temporary HVAC unit is vented into the closet that is duct taped closed. Having been in hospitality for 30+ years I have never experienced such an unprofessional staff. I feel bad for the investors, they have no idea how poorly their money is being spent I’ll never stay there again!

"Broken amenities and cheap quality"

The quality of hotel overall was very poor. Linens in/on bed was a thin blanket between two even thinner sheets. In a room with a full kitchen, no dishes, silverware, cups of any kind. One garbage can in whole 2 bedroom suite. The bar in lobby is not longer operational. The most disappointing part was the broken hot tub. When I inquired at the front desk I was told it had been broken for well over a week. No mention of this in the pre check in text, website or st time of check in. We would not have stayed here had we know there was no operational hot tub. I was told I could email the mgr with my concern. I asked that the mgr call me and left my phone number. No call has been made to me. We won’t be back and you should not go.

Was not able to check in due to being 20 years old even though that was not stated through the website. 2 ithers in my party were over the qge of 21 but since they were not paying the women at the front desk refused service. So i lost $250 cause i was mot able to stay in the room i paid for prior to my stay.
