初の名古屋推し活旅で不安でいっぱいでしたが、スタッフの方々の暖かい言葉に不安もほぐれ、安心感を感じました🥹 嵐への愛に溢れた装飾やサプライズプレゼントにとても感動しました😭 しっかり休めたので、ライブにも全力で望むことができました🌈✨️ 感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです💐 本当にありがとうございました！ 次回はゆっくり名古屋観光をしたいのでまた、利用したいと思います♥️

員工非常親切，很願意幫忙，做事很細心也很貼心。 房間很乾淨，比想像更寬敞，除了辦公桌椅外還有另外可供休憩的小桌椅，覺得是平常同價位商務旅館中較少看到的。

雖然離名古屋車站走路大概10分鐘內可抵達，但從車站走到出口再到飯店體感上意外的有一點點距離 建議若從名鐵名古屋站出站後先走到靠近NANAKO的大路上轉彎，心情上會比從直接從名鐵出站近一點點

・清掃が甘く、髪の毛が大量に落ちていた。部屋の交換を依頼したところ、対応頂けたのは良かった。 ・ランドリールームを利用しようと思っていたのに、改装中でそもそも利用ができなかった。(仮に使えないことは仕方がないとしても、事前案内さえしてくれていれば、対応できたのに…)

Staff person (2 crew) in daytime shift helpt me to find out a few sites communication. Impressive! End though it will be under construction soon in March-April.

我猜是大樓有點年代。因此櫃檯在二樓,要留意進去後換電梯。走道光線太弱 ，暗色地毯看起來更暗.很制式的商務旅館。.
