チェックインの時から、チェックアウトまで終始スタッフさんの笑顔とご対応に満足です。 お部屋も清潔で、使うものの場所もわかりやすく、なにより、ベッドが軽々動いて引っ付けられたことがすごくよかったです。 設備については、何のマイナスもありません！！

朝食時、何度か飲み物が空になっているのを追加お願いしたり、カトラリーが足りなかったり、回っていない感はありましたが、対応が丁寧でしたのでよかったです。
