I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The room had an unpleasant, lingering smell that never went away, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The heating unit in the room was in terrible condition and had a large hole around it, allowing cold air to blow directly into the room. As a result, the room was drafty and difficult to keep warm, which made our stay even more miserable. The staff did not help improve the situation. They were unresponsive and dismissive when concerns were brought to their attention, and no effort was made to address or fix the issues during our stay. Between the poor cleanliness, the odor, the broken heating unit, and the lack of helpful customer service, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you’re considering staying here.

Parking was tight

Staff was never at the front desk, they had to be called. We had to return our room key cards 3 times before they would work, The room was old and very outdated. Room pics online did not match the actual room. Limited parking. When we returned in the evening there was no parking. There is a bar in the bottom of the motel and people that we not staying at the hotel had taken all the parking. The continental breakfast was horrible. It only included bagels, cereral, juice, coffee and hot water. My family and I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Nothing. The pictures are deceiving!

The check in lady! The half cleaned rooms! They barely put out any "breakfast" if you call 4 bagels, warm milk and cereal a breakfast. The juice was empty, the coffee was empty and had a sign cannot touch. There was no butter for the bagels. Staff was no where in site until it was 9AM and he came out aggressively cleaning up and made my children feel uncomfortable. Turned the TV off and made it seem like it was an inconvenience we were in the lobby.

Location to Hershey Park.

Room was a bit small.

I love Hershey, and I always stay there when I travel to visit. First time I was able to get one of the corner rooms and loved it. Been wanting to get back to that first room since lol Last time had a room upstairs and it was ok. The hospitality of the staff and the locals have convinced me that I and my family want to move there.
