- no breakfast (literally dry cereal only available and fermented orange juice as well as hot coffee available... for some reason hot water with NO tea bags and a toaster with no bread) - beds were kind of hard, if you have back problems I wouldn't recommend staying here - beds were smaller than advertised, not too small for 2 people, but smaller than a queen

The room itself was very clean, and well stocked with towels. The complimentary toiletries were limited to 2 small bars of soap, but we had plenty of towels. The location was also good. We were visiting Hershey Park, and it was located less than 2 miles away. There was also a great little pastry shop directly across the street where we were able to get some excellent breakfast sandwiches in the morning. There's also a very nice, albeit expensive, restaurant on the motel grounds. We did not visit it, but it is very conveniently located on the hotel grounds. We did talk to one of the staff about some issues, and she seemed sympathetic. Unfortunately, she was working alone and spread very thin.

The entire room, including the bathroom, was literally smaller than my bedroom at home. The pictures on the website are very misleading, so unless you enjoy small spaces, I would recommend booking a double queen room instead of a single. The light above the shower didn't work at all, and the vanity light around the mirror only worked sporadically and flickered when it did work. The drain cover in the shower was not attached, so it would move if you stepped on it. They provided a bench outside our room, but it was metal and worn out, so it scratched my legs when I sat on it. The restaurant I mentioned was conveniently located, but it also caused all of the parking spaces to be taken when we returned from an outing. We had to park quite far away from our room. The staff we spoke to tried to help, but she was working alone and seemed to be spread very thin. The website mentioned that breakfast was provided, but it consisted of cold cereal, oatmeal, and bagels.
