Very Clean Place and good location

I’m handicapped to start, the hotels elevator didn’t work. I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to my handicapped accessible room with my wife and infant. The shower inside the handicapped room was not handicapped accessible. It was a tub and not a walk in. We had no wash cloths in our room. Walked by down the stairs to the desk and they told me they were out and to come back. The next day they didn’t clean our room BUT took the towels that were dirty from the bathroom and didn’t leave any clean ones so we had no towels. Very bad experience for a Holiday Inn.

The elevator was out of service. I had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor to get to the 3rd floor where my room was. Room 316. I had knee surgery which made it difficult going up with luggage. The tub would not hold water. We had to wait until 3:00pm to check in but no towels. The air conditioner and telephone did not work in the room. This was the worst service that I have ever received and I come here every year for the festival.

It was filthy. There was what looked like poop smeared on the shower wall and when we called to complain we asked for someone to please come up and clean our room they said someone was coming but no one showed up. We had no room service the entire time we were there and it was just filthy and disgusting. It was clear that our room hadn’t been cleaned prior to us arriving.

Not the cleanest hotel, odor was a bit odd in the building. And the elevator was not working.

I was charged double for this room when I provided card for incidentals, How can this be corrected?

The room smelled moldy!

Location was where we needed to be. The hotel had a decent breakfast.

The elevator was not working and our room was located on the 3rd floor. We had to carry our luggage one at a time, making 3 trips each, and we are women over 60. They could not accommodate us on a lower floor. Upon opening the door, the room smelled of urine mixed with cleaning solvents to mask the smell. Carpet was disgusting. If we could have gone to another hotel, we would have! I will never stay in a Holiday Inn Hotel again.

The staff was great, very helpful

Let's start off by saying I didn't feel comfortable because the door to my room wouldn't lock correctly. I had to lift up barely enough to Actually lock the door. The door is heavy alone.
