This is the third time we have stayed at this property and every time the rooms have been immaculate and the staff very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely continue to stay at this hotel when we visit Richfield.

"Chain hotel with great small town hospitality!"

Check in was quick and efficient. The front desk agent was super friendly. Lobby was in great condition. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff working was fantastic! Those 2 ladies made sure everything was clean, tidy and well stocked. They were also very friendly and welcomed everyone that walked in and made sure all the guests were well taken care of. Very nice touch!
