"Very poor"

The entire hotel was dark when we arrived. No power, no backup generator. Front desk staff had no computers couldn't check us in. Offered flashlights. We left and found a different place that had power.

"Many things were fine but no pool was UNACCEPTABLE."

Close to my daughters for graduation party.

POOL WAS NOT OPEN. IT WAS 92 degrees. We had two grand daughters looking forward to the pool. If we don’t have all amenities available we should get a discount.

The room pictures on the website did not match the hotel's actual room. There were supposed to be a separate bedroom and living space, according to the pictures online. The room was actually one room. The condition of the hotel itself I do not think is up to par with other HI Expresses we have stayed at. Very outdated, service was slow. The breakfast was fine and the staff attending breakfast was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly.

The pool wasn’t in working condition. The parking lot was so small there wasn’t anywhere to park. And to top it off being in a handicap accessible room.

"Unpleasant."

Convenient to meet our needs while visiting the area.

Staff loud, left cleaning items in way of walking in halls, rude and ignored your presence while they gossiped and you were trying to get to your room, obnoxiously loud vacuum and hitting your door when trying to sleep, pool not working (should have gave a discount for down service), and loud neighbors (could hear them yelling and slamming doors).
