An ideal place to relax and chill in - the pretty ambience, the excellent service of the staff, the facilities were great! Special mention of Christina Roderigue, Rishikesh and Reen from F&B should be made - always ready to help with a cheerful smile and so polite.

Cons 1.The wifi service needs to be improved. Whether guests are relaxing or intending to do some work on the computer in perfect surroundings, they need a steady communication service. 2. The food was excellent but it would be nice if you offered pork dishes too - Goa is almost synonymous with pork vindaloo!

The entire hotel was an amazing, calming experience for us. the hotel staff especially Sheena, Helen and Shri made our stay so much more magical and memorable. Since it was valentines day, we were well take care of and the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Thank you for the lovely memories and experience

The resort is huge, clean, well-maintained, spacious, beautiful, and very calm. The location, besides the river, makes it a serene place to stay. Staff on the property is very helpful and kind.

Breakfast can be better. Food had no taste. Also, the property's responses can be better to solve any issues. I am charged twice for the entire booking amount. Despite contacting the hotel a few times, it has been 12 days and I have not yet received the refund. If the charges are made within seconds, the refund shouldn't take 12 days. I am disappointed!

Nice resort away from the noise of traffic. Good place to relax and enjoy some quiet time. They have nice pool and some fun activities you can do like table tennis, chess and some more things.

If you want to go to a minimarket or atm you have to walk a couple of km to get to town center where they have stores, atm and so on. Its not a big deal but it would be easy to just have a minimarket and atm at the hotel or atleast close by.

the property itself is great! clean, well designed and very calm and peaceful. you can walk around and sit by the river and watch the day go by, birdwatch, or do nothing. the staff is awesome too! very friendly and forthcoming. the room/ villa itself was very good. it is not a luxury property- you get to know with the fittings and finishes. but nevertheless was very comfortable. it is the Goa you will never see or imagine.

go for two days / two nights because there is not much to do in and around the property. you need to take some mode of transportation to reach the mainland. it’s not very far but with ferry crossings everything takes longer. you need to come here with people else can get lonely. the breakfast is very very mediocre. quite disappointing because the prices you pay are not cheap. the dining hall / restaurant is also very noisy when with people and they play loud instrumental music.
