Staff, location, food. Ambience

The amenities that I had chosen mercure for, were under renovation... It was disheartening to have missed the opportunity to enjoy such wonderful experience

"Flatters to decieve"

Located next to the manos. Ferry boats outside give a different charm altogether.

The bathroom ceiling is very low, especially when standing in the tub to have a shower. The head touches the shower overhead (i am not even tall). Van easily hurt the head. The shower curtains are stained and yellow, seems like not changed for years. There is no handheld shower spray. Its either the tub or the overhead shower. The jet spray for the commode is fixed to the persons left which means can't use the right hand to hold the jet spray. The jet spray is connected to a long pipe under the hand-wash basin, so uncomfortable to use or even look. Amennities were miserly. Only one tiny shampoo tube and one shower gel for 2 persons. Had to call and request more everyday. Breakfast didn't have a soul. Did a very bad job refilling the buffet, warming the food, beverages, etc.. Every night there were loud drunk guests partying and singing next to the manos. Had to call reception everytime to drive them away.
