I picked this place bc the it was cost effective and they had a room large enough to accommodate my family.

Upon arrival, things were okay. When we got to the room it reaked of cigarette smoke. When I went to the bathroom, the floor had water around the base of the toilet. A maintenance man came to look at it and all he did was wipe up the water. I explained when I flushed it prior to his arrival, more water came out. I then went down to see if we could switch rooms and was informed there was no other rooms. I explained the other hotels in the area were more and that was why I had chosen this place.

Convenient location for me.

Light burnt out in entrance to my room. Asked for two days to get it fixed. All said they would. No one did. No bulbs and no one on maintenance .
