The room was dirty, bedding did not look fresh. The room had a stale smell, walls were dirty and some of the lighting didn't work. After I walked in and saw the room I knew we couldn't stay there comfortably so we went to the front desk and said we wouldn't be staying there. We left.

Close to the location of concert.

Cockroach and dirty towels and sheets. Front desk people didn’t seem to care. NEVER heard from general manager.

Nothing

The sheets were dirty, there was no hot water, the room smelled bad, check in staff were not professional, breakfast drink machine was out of order & food selection was awful.

"It was an okay place to stay. I would probably stay again."

The bed was comfortable. A lot of extra room in the room we were in. The fridge and microwave worked as they should. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was good a lot of places to eat nearby.

There was a bad smell when we arrived. Like someone was deep frying fish or something. The hot water was not hot it was lukewarm. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but it did work.

That we was on 1st floor.

That they charged my card then turned and charged a second card. So I paid 139.09 with one card but then asked for another card so then they charged another card for the stay. So 240 for one nite a dirty pool
