Handy to tennis event

We were going to the ASB Classic, so the accommodation was very handy for that being less than five minutes walk away.

Wonderful front desk staff with a beautiful smile and kind disposition. Very helpful. The room clean and modern. No issues other than noisy A/C unit. Will come again.

It was very tidy and clean. The shower was atrocious though. No pressure and wobbly fixture that needed constant fiddling. After battling the evening before, we left without showering in the morning and showered when we got home. We had chosen Quest for proximity, convenience and parking so we could get to a concert after driving to Auckland. We didn't use the kitchen or any other facilities. Bit of a pity really, as the unit was good otherwise.

Room was tidy and clean. The kitchen had a great selection of utensils, plates, a microwave, cook top, etc - very easy to cook your own food. The washer/dryer was also a bonus. I found the room quite hot and the aircon didn't make it into the bedroom as there was a large wall across the room. Great location, very friendly staff. Would stay here again

Excellent stay and hotel is conveniently located for an easy walk or ride share to many areas. Staff are amazing! We faced a rather busy street so the noise level at night from 11pm to 3am was the norm. Need a way to drown this out. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!
