Very clean and well located property. Jackie at the front desk works very hard to ensue the rooms are clean and guests are taken care of.

What we like: Location- near ASB stadium for tennis, close to metro train station There are 3 eateries downstairs. Very convenient during the day. It can also b very noisy with loud music playing cars parked downstairs. Not sure if they are part of university student village. The standard king size bed room we stayed was very clean& modern. Lovely bathroom, comfort bed and a huge bonus of having a washing machine & dryer. We stayed for 3 nights and the the morning we requested a late check out at 11am. The Asian receptionist rejected our plea and only allowed us to stay till 10.30am(the normal checkout is 10am). I was not overly impressed since there was no huge flood of ppl checking in that morning.
