Staff were welcoming and rooms were spotless

Nearly everything in this modern and efficient hotel works perfectly but there is a bit of an issue with the room temperatures in the winter. We have stayed a number of times in the winter and have now taken to bringing our own fan heater to try to keep warm. Aside form this simple to fix issue, the hotel staff are very pleasant and welcoming, the buffet breakfasts are exceptional, the fitness room is well-equipped, parking is convenient, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works well, the TV is great etc etc. Have a wonderful stay, as we did, but if you visit in the winter take a fan heater.

A good hotel that just lacks attention to detail. Too few car parking spaces sees guests just abandoning vehicles in the area every night. The bar menu was barely available - no soup, no chicken, no burgers (no point). Staff try but aren't given the tools they need to work with.

The hotel on the whole was ok and had a good night sleep. It however smelt musty in the room (bit like wet dog) and overall the hotel was starting to feel dated. I'd stay again as still one of the better hotels in the area..
