As expected except poor quality open spring mattress definitely need replacing and chair very tatty, would stay again though

Functional about all I can say

Hotel is modern hotel and was in a great location to stop over for the weekend to break our longer journey. Room was good size, bed comfy, everywhere was clean & tidy. Reception and housekeeping team were wonderful nothing was too much trouble…. Unfortunately Breakfast all be that it’s free sadly there is room for improvement as this was very limited if your vegetarian, vegan or on a limited diet. On this particular weekend they seemed to not have much left at 8.30am when breakfast was supposed to be available until 10am also they said they had ran out of certain items or no longer stocked them which I’d previously relied on in this brand of hotel as an option as I’m vegetarian with food allergies. I spoke to three members of staff regarding breakfast and it was only the last morning that I was listened to & an apology given.It was also explained they’d had some supply issues with one of the items I usually had for breakfast. I do still feel that the breakfast staff could have listened to me, helped more and resolved the situation better instead of dismissing me. The stay at the hotel could have been excellent if it hadn’t of been let down by the breakfast. I do feel that if maybe staff members were more aware of just how much food was being put into “food to go” boxes by other guests as well as them also having a breakfast this might help with the fact that items had ran out.i would still stay at this hotel again if I needed. Hotel is in a busy location but is very quiet, staff were excellent and hotel was very clean. Room was a very good standard and had everything I needed. Breakfast was also good, so no complaints. Will stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel good free breakfast and significantly cheaper than with my own HHONOURS membership

We came to stay over as our son was swimming in a race at the nearby 50m pool. The early breakfast service was ideal and he was fully set for the day on that. The nearby places to eat were plentyful and the beds were comfy. We'll definitely stay again for future races.

Great location for a stay. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last few years when I am visiting family in Corby. The service is always fantastic and friendly. My last stay was over Christmas and even on Christmas Day, the staff that were working were friendly and attentive to our needs. An extra shoutout to Beckie and Chloe who helped me resolve an issue I had with a parking management company. They truly went above and beyond for me. Would recommend. Great place and great people.

Second time visiting this hotel and once again had a brilliant stay warm welcome from the lady at check in, was put on the 2nd floor room was quiet and well maintained, made use of the fitness centre in the hotel which was clean and well maintained. I had a great night's sleep and breakfast was also lovely I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area next

Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast of a good quality and hotel areas modern. Staff friendly and professional.
