We were only there a very short time, but it was obvious that the hotel was very upscale. It was nice to have our car parked on location and that there was valet service.

We did not see the email sent early that morning regarding a code to get through a small street that went in front of the hotel. We spent a lot of time trying to get close to the hotel and being blocked by pedestrian streets, etc. It was our fault for not seeing this email but it might have been helpful if I had received it the day before. We ended up parking several blocks away and I walked to the hotel and got it straightened out from there.

L’entrée de cet hôtel est très jolie, le lobby avec le bar également. La piscine chauffée est appréciable, le spa inclus également, avec les thés et tisanes à disposition!

L’expérience d’un 5 étoiles n’y est pas. Des détails dans les équipements et dans les chambres font tiquer : pas de savon près du lavabo de la salle de bain, obligé de prendre le gel douche; pas d’emplacement pour la serviette des mains, on ne sait pas quoi en faire une fois utilisée. Le pommeau de douche ne se règle pas à hauteur souhaitée , cet équipement semblait cassé. Le frigo fait de la lumière dans la chambre. Bref, une expérience qui déçoit les attentes.

Отличный отель. Все понравилось. Есть собственная парковка. Для подъезда надо внимательно изучить инструкцию.

Завтраки для 5 звезд довольно скромные.
