Continental Inn - Charlotte

The room I had was very clean not dirty.

The man and woman are rude dismissive. I stayed for a week and was packing up my belongings my friend came to help we left the room at 11:10 and they said I couldn’t get my deposit back cause we took TEN MINUTES to leave the room. On the way out I had to argue with a crackhead! There are random homeless addicts that walk around all times of the night. It’s sugar creek IYKYK

Breakfast was basic, but free. Rooms and facility were very clean

Being a cheap hotel, a lot of riff raff about.

Not much, except maybe the price. The location is not great but not terrible, I guess, and the check-in was also okay.

Bed bugs, many many bed bugs. I got like 30 bites at least. There's no justification for this. Also, the place stinks, so stinking plus bed bugs. Bad

The staff was so sweet and free breakfast was included. Checked out a few minutes late and had no penalties.

The way to get into the property entrance is a bit difficult considering the location

The staff at check-in was super friendly, and the room was nice. Very clean and well-maintained in comparison to some other properties we've stayed at in the Charlotte area. It was worth the extra money to stay here!

When we came back for the night our card didn't work to let us into the room, so we went to the front desk. There was someone inside cleaning who obviously saw us, but they had the door blocked off with a brochure rack. We didn't realize there was a window inside the main lobby, and rather than acknowledging us and motioning for us to go to the window, the staff inside ignored us. They were nice when we got to the window, but we nearly walked away thinking they weren't going to help us.
