I liked that the rooms were accessible from outside and that it wasn't far from downtown Charlotte.

Location was a little sketchy but it was an affordable place on a whim just for one evening.

Friendly owner, and it was actually pretty quiet to be a busy area and with a lot of guests.

This part of town is awful. Room was updated but bed was uncomfortable.

People upstairs never slept and stomped around all night so I never slept either. Room also flooded into room due to ac outside. They did say sorry but nothing was fixed. It was very clean but scary area. The coffee pot also didn’t brew and just flooded the area.
