Qunci Villas Resort

The staff really tried to help us on our stay. It’s a lovely hotel, clean and tidy and the pools by the beach are amazing. We stayed in the one bed villa that was a bit of a disappointment. There were so many mosquitos around the pool and in the villa that we got eaten a lot. I’d recommend not bothering to pay the extra on the one bedroom villa and just get a standard room. Food is good. Breakfast sensational! The tapas restaurant was also first class. We were very impressed with the tapas, it was as good as the Indonesian food in the other restaurant. Also a fantastic wine list, at good rates (compared to Hong Kong) Finally, the staff mean well and are incredibly polite. However, they do tend to say “yes” to everything, including the times they don’t understand. It gets a little frustrating but I’d guide ensuring full understanding of instructions and questions when asked!

It is an exceptionally maintained property with a lovely ambience. Truly a place to just relax.

Staff were professional and friendly. Everything was easy. Spa was great and good value for money. I only wished that the hotel has more activities for the guests and a gym.

We had a marvellous stay. Without exception, the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. We had an ocean villa which is the second or highest level available- more views and privacy. Rooms are spacious with an indoor and outside day bed. The bathroom is open to the sky which was lovely. They arranged a great snorkeling tour of three nearby islands with the local community. The food was without a doubt, fabulous. The menus are extensive including breakfast which is a tropical fruit plate, choice of juice, coffee and choice of about 20 international plates. We loved the Indonesian options and the Arabic. We did yoga and had traditional massages which are recommended. It has been an absolutely lovely stay and we thank everyone at Qunci with our whole hearts.

Amazing experience!!! The hospitality of the staff was an unforgettable experience. Availability of water in the toilet would serve us better next time. A play area dedicated to the kids would be another feather in the hat of our very dear Qunci. Overall it made our stay truly wonderful.

Other than some very loud and constant construction noice, the place is absolutely stunning. The Italian restaurant was phenomenal too!!

We loved every minute of our stay at Qunci, the staff were wonderful, the room was beautiful, the restaurants on site were the best food we had in our 2 weeks on Lombok. We will definitely return. Oh, and the included a-la-carte breakfast range is incredible and each dish we tried was amazing.

Amazing Hotel, everything was perfect.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. BUT the room needs a FAN, hate to think what it is like in summer. And house keeping put a doona on the bed, so hot! Had to remove it, a LIGHT blanket would of been much better.
