Qunci Villas Resort

The reason I chose this property was because of the small boutique feel, location to the beach, stunning landscape and property. What we got was so much more. Gracious hosts, great check in and out, food at all venues was fabulous, housekeeping did an amazing job and staff were incredibly helpful in every and anyway they could be.

Loved the beautiful oasis feel - gardens well maintained and staff were all very friendly. Breakfast and all food was very good. Just unfortunately our friend had a rat in her room one night which was a bit alarming(!) and saw one at the bar on another night. The property is a lovely resort on a nice beach with a great spa and 3 pools. Excellent value for money.

Great location with a beautiful beach front. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The food was outstanding. Friendly service that was very accommodating.

Certainly has its pro points. The pool and sea look as good as they do in the pictures and the food/drink at both bars and restaurants, if v pricey, certainly hits the mark. We tried different cuisines and to our surprise they were all great without exception - the chefs here do a great job. The last majority of the staff here are also very friendly and provide a great service, especially the front desk. Now for the not so great parts. Cleanliness is an issue, on our third night we returned early to the room for what can be described as a daily second clean/turndown service. We found that this was never done with cleaning products and yet we walked in on our glasses/cuttlery in the room being washed in the bathroom sink without detergent of any kind. This left us uneasy about using it again. What compounds this, is a clear ant problem, at least within our bathroom. I don't mean you see a few ants here and there as we would expect this in Lombok. I mean walking out to every glass/sink etc being completely covered in hundreds of ants every morning. They seemed to emanate form behind the sink. Finally, the service within the restaurants was also very patchy - at time it was impeccable and yet at others we couldn't be seated without confusion or we would be met with rude service (esp in the Italian restaurant). This was also an issue on the day of checkout where we ordered 2 french toasts and yet inexplicably only one was made, we couldn't wait for the other due to flights

Nice resort with great food and staff. Set away from the main part of Senggigi, this is perfect for a relaxing getaway

Beautiful hotel, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Great pool villa, lovely staff and the restaurants are very good at sensible prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was an absolutely amazing stay! The food and the service was top notch! The food was just a little pricey at times but it was exceptional! It was the ultimate luxurious stay! Will definitely make it a priority to come back!
