Roscoe Village Guesthouse

Great property, great location, very safe for families

Slight confusion about which property/exact address we were renting— they have several, and none of the confirmation emails or other info from owner said the exact address, but was quickly resolved by friendly staff available both by phone and in-person.

it was a very nice and clean facility. Had a full set of dishes and cookware so eating out every night wasn’t necessary. There were 5 of us staying there and was enough space for all without feeling too cramped. Was a quiet area with a decent amount of street parking.

I really liked the place and where it was located. It wouod have been nice if the refrigerator had an icemaker or had more than one ice tray. The neighbors above us kept us up by making a lot of noise between two and four am

It was home. Felt like Chicago was all around us. Unique experience. What a way to vacation!

Clean and updated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Did I mention clean.

The Guesthouse was immaculately clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the ample space, ease of access, and comfortable bed.

There are 3 queen size beds in the property at 2104 Roscoe. The beds were quite comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was a bit noisy in the front bedroom as it is located street side, but a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

A welcome surprise... Roscoe Village is lovely. Great comedy show on Monday at the Village Tap.

We were very pleased with our accommodations! The apartment was nicely decorated, was spacious and had 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. Plus sofa was a pull out. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our brief stay. Across the street is coffee and restaurants were all around within 1-3 blocks. We will most likely come stay here again - for a longer period of time! And, recommend highly if you need to stay in Roscoe Village!
