Roscoe Village Guesthouse

Very convenient for stays in Roscoe Village. Hosts were extremely accomodating!

My concerns were addressed by staff promptly and professionally.

Overall, I give an average rating. I think it was a bit over priced. The place we had for 8 people would only sleep 7 comfortably (fold out couch-small, 3 beds). The heating system didn’t work properly, the tenance person dropped off 1 small space heater so all 7 people had to sleep in one room because the place got to 49 degrees. He place was clean, good location. I understand things happen but I wish there had been better service or compensation.

Great accommodations, clean and comfortable. Will be staying there again on my next trip to Chicago.

The Guest House was a great experience. Much better than being cramped in a hotel room. We were a three block walk away from the family we were visiting. Parking was a breeze as well. I would hope to be able to snag this exact accommodation every time I visit!

Very nice and condo conveniently located. We had a problem with the furnace and would able to connect with someone at 10:00 at night.

They advertised the price at 100$ then demanded another 120$ at checkin for a cleaning fee which wasn't in the advertisiment

Good choice,great location and definitely rent a garage at the back of the house. Saves a lot of time. Little improvement needed but overall good fit for a money.

Great place to stay! It was a cute, clean house in a beautiful neighborhood. We really enjoyed it!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Roscoe Village Guesthouse. Clean, light and well kept. My only suggestion would be to add blankets for the cooler weather. We will definitely stay again when we visit.
