Hotel con una bella spiaggia privata (a pagamento), camera moderna, ottima colazione. Mi è spiaciuto che abbiano erroneamente fatto un doppio addebito su expedia e sulla carta di credito al check out, in un hotel di questo livello non si dovrebbero commettere questi errori. Comunque ho sistemato subito dopo che me ne sono accorto.

Il top non c’è altro da dire è tutto eccellente uno nn smetterebbe mai di stare lì. Servizio sia a colazione che a bordo piscina veramente di tutto relax. Complimenti

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit guten Service. Wir haben eigentlich nur den Teppich im Flur der Villa Regina und die Aussenanlage um den Pool zu beanstanden, der könnte jeden Tag gefegt werden und die Liegen von Blättern befreit werden. Ansonsten alles gut....

Mi aspettavo una camera di un hotel 5 stelle. Invece le camere che si trovano nel palazzo regina Elena sono vecchie, non pulire bene “ le persiane sporche”, i bagni con le fughe nere. In camera con chiodi appesi senza quadri, letto aggiunto mai chiesto.... Degne di un tre stelle ma che fanno pagare come un 4 stelle. Sconvolgente Non ci tornerò
