Mare Pineta has all the makings of being fabulous but it is let down by fundamental flaws. Room was clean & modern, tiny bathroom even smaller shower cubicle. Pool area is gorgeous, well kept & clean. Beach and bar area is also very lovely. Staff could be nicer at beach bar, beach boys serving were very pleasant. Good local restaurants within walking distance Irene at guest services is the most pleasant & helpful member of staff they have! The huge problem was the air conditioning or lack of air conditioning. Room never got below 25.5 degrees even being set at 18 degrees. This is monitored & controlled at reception and they never lower the temperature enough. It is very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot plus two people being in room puts temperature up. Couldn’t blow dry my hair as it would heat room up even further. The problem persists in all bedrooms & lobby areas as we looked at a number of alternative bedrooms and our friends moved to newest room available and had the same problems. They are totally aware of this problem and we had a reduction in our room rate as a result of complaining. The bed had a really hard mattress which is totally personal, we found it difficult to sleep coupled with the heat of the room, we didn’t sleep well at all. They call this a 5 star resort - neither water nor tea is not brought to your table at breakfast but coffee is!! Car parking & beach beds are extra More like a 3.5 star than 5!!

Wir hatten eine doppelt Zimmer gebucht für 317€ die Nacht mit Frühstück, unsere Tochter schläft mit uns in Bett aber die haben 60€ pro Tag extra gefragt und mit 377€ am Tag ist der Strand nicht dabei.... man muss für zwei liege u d ein Schirm 100€ Extra per tag bezahlen !!! Für die adriatisches Meer ( fast die Lagune von Venedig) viel zu teuer!!!! Das Frühstück Buffet ist allerdings ganz vielfältig und gute Qualität Das pool ganz groß und gemütlich Ich würde aber nicht wieder hin gehen

Storico 4 stelle dal glorioso passato. Location e struttura eccellenti. Il prezzo troppo alto per un 4 stelle ( soprattutto se si sceglie il solo pernottamento) porta ad aspettarsi un servizio da 5 stelle che invece non arriva. Servizio in camera incerto, frigo bar caldo, lavandino ostruito, conto errato al check out. Colazione ottima e all’aperto, spiaggia con lettini comodissimi ed ampio spazi ( a pagamento, pero’ ).

This hotel is an absolute dream. I was here 20 years ago. It just got better and better . In short: The pool must be one of the biggest and cleanest in Milano .Marittima. This is a pure oasis where space, green , nature are the perfect foundation for a truly holistic experience, a completely nurturing environment . The staff is competent , professional and incredibly caring. You know During the last 20 years I have been lucky enough to Experience amazing hotel just like the King David in Gerusalemme and the Four Season in Maui. This hotel is just up there with the top best

Et helt greit hotel som ikke er I nærheten til å svare til prisen. Servicen er også langt under det en kan forlange på en slik type hotel. Det hjelper heller ikke noe særlig at stranden er veldig usjarmerende med helt uklart vann. Skal du bruke stranden på hotellet krever de deg for 80! euro per dag. For det får du lane to solsenger og en parasol. Selve området rundt hotellet har heller ingen stor sjarm og for det meste preget av at det er et yndet feriemål for rike russere.
