I will continue to stay at Western Village because the staff is always really friendly and the rooms are big, well furnished and clean. I love the dining options too!

Very nice room. Felt like a VIP suite. Clean and nicely accommodating. Staff was very friendly from Registration to housekeeping. Dining was good; multiple choices.

Chipped a tooth on my hamburger at the coffee shop. Manager wanted me to fill out a complaint. I didn’t because I only informed him because I didn’t want it to happen to anyone else.

Housekeeping was excellent. The casino was nice, but lacking table games. Nice view of the Sparks marina. Everyone were very friendly.

Rooms were very clean. Nice view of Lake out the window. Was a little unsure how it would be because it looked older on the outside, but the hallways inside, and the rooms, were so nice and clean. The parking lot was very well lit too. Would stay again.
