The rooms were across the street from the casino which was really nice. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable beds, I would rate this stay a 10/10

Love the new shower. After a 10 hour day driving, the shower felt great. My room accomodation was right on point. Great value, great location.

Very clean room and facilities. Food options good. Check in easy Cathy at the front desk is accommodating and friendly. Thanks again for a nice stay. We will continue to stay here when coming to Reno.

"Excellent stay in Sparks "

Room was very nice and clean. Ample parking, well lit. Great cafe across the parking lot in the casino. Reasonable prices and delicious food. Thru also have a steak house and Mexican restaurant that we did not have time to try. All employees were super friendly. And you can not beat the price!! Over all great experience!

The staff starting with check in and the cafe were all very nice. The rooms are updated and very clean. I really liked our stay. The only problem was that Saturday night when returned from an outing there was no where to park. We had to park at shopping center and walked 20 minutes. There was some type of function at the lake nearby and they took all the parking. Other than that problem the experience was good.

Front desk were great, maids fantastic. Who ever thought of putting the bath towels over the toilet is an idiot.
