Western Village Inn & Casino by Peppermill Resorts

Property & room was clean. Staff friendly. Only complaints are no outlet by the desk area of the room & Lobby was very smoky.

Very comfortable place to stay. Very good about bringing you the things you need.

Everything was great. Clean comfortable rooms.

Second time staying here. It's clean and comfortable. It's owned by the Peppermill so decor and accroutrements are similar. This time, the room did not have all the towels it should have had for two people. And, we put some leftovers from dinner into the mini fridge. Learned the next morning the fridge was turned off. Batteries in the TV remote probably needed replacing. Channels were tough to change.It's somewhat annoying when you have more than one issue (towels and batteries) to have to deal with. And, that's more of a drawback at this hotel because the front desk is in the casino building, not the hotel.

Lots of parking spaces next to waterfront

This hotel is a good value, but mildly inconvenient. The check-in area is in a separate building (the casino) across a large, busy parking lot from the hotel rooms. A plus is the lake on the east side, where you can take a walk with lots of locals.

Loved our room with the view of the marina.

Convenient and nice restaurants.
