Please be kindly informed that the Deluxe Room (Seaside Building) will be temporarily closed for enhancement from 10 May 2026 to 30 September 2026, as part of our commitment to elevating guest comfort and the overall stay experience. All other room categories and resort facilities will remain open and available for guests as usual. Please note that bed type requests are subject to availability upon check in. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that "Hillside" zone is separated from the seaside zone by Koh Chang road. Guest will need to cross the road in order to use the facilities in the seaside zone. Hyggelige og imøtekommende personale som alltid var tilgjengelige. Eksepsjonell frokost og frokostlokale med sjøutsikt. Flere basseng med solsenger nok til omtrent alle gjestene. Poolbar og toalett i nærheten av basseng. Fantastisk hage og hekk som personalet vedlikeholdt hver dag, man kommer tett på dyrelivet. Små detaljer som mulighet til å spyle sand av føttene etter en tur på stranden settes pris på. Bungalowene var eksepsjonelt godt vedlikehold og man kan ikke se at hotellet har forfalt. Det er absolutt ingenting negativt å benevne om stedet eller de ansatte. Låsen på inngangsdøren vår ble defekt under oppholdet, vi sa ifra med en gang dette ble oppdaget. Hotellet hadde egen servicemann som fikset dette umiddelbart. De tilbyr også fasiliteter som treningsrom, kids Club, to restauranter, spa på stranden, parkering med lademuligheter, bryllupspakker, og de viste fotballkamper fra VM under frokosten.

Det var en del gjester som syns det er greit å rope, skrike og være høylytte iblant hverandre og opptrer meget uhøflig ovenfor personalet. Disse folkene stiller urimelige krav og har ikke satt seg inn i Thailands estetikk og skikk. Personalet opptrådte meget profesjonelt i respons.
