Just a tad small

suites, modern and very clean

The room was clean and comfortable. The sounds of the river so relaxing which we could view from our balcony was special. Also the working fireplace with ample supply of wood added to the experience since it was snowing during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the gentle moose herd that came to visit was a surprise and highlight! So close to Estes town and Rocky Mountain National Park!

The location is excellent! Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We have stayed here 3 times and will keep coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at The Inn on Fall River. We even received an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a fireplace, hot tub, and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay extra special. The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful, and despite construction work nearby, it was surprisingly quiet. A great place to stay for a comfortable and relaxing visit to Estes Park!

The cabin were wonderfully cozy, clean, and comfortable. They included a full kitchen. The outdoor space was amazing and scenic. I would love to stay again!

We stayed at Fall River Inn for our anniversary trip and honestly had such a cozy stay. Check-in was super easy and smooth, and the keypad entry was such a convenient touch. The room felt warm and comfortable, the bed and pillows were great, and the room stayed really warm at night even when it got super cold outside. We didn’t end up using the fireplace, but loved hearing the stream outside from the patio. The front desk staff, Calla,was AMAZING and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. She was so kind and helpful, gave us great recommendations for Estes and wildlife spotting, and was really knowledgeable about the area (I guess she’s also a guide in Estes, which totally makes sense). She even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was also perfect — only a couple miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and super convenient to downtown Estes for restaurants and shopping. The best part for me though was sitting outside with my morning coffee while elk casually walked right up on the sidewalk near our patio and then wandered through the stream like they owned the place 😂 It felt like such a true Estes experience. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Estes… which I’m already hoping we do soon.

There was construction outside but we were checking out Monday when they were working I’m glad we were there over the weekend when they were not working.
