Cambria Hotel Denver International Airport

Wallpaper is peeling, mirrors are rusted, toilets don’t flush or seats are broken, bedding is less than impressive, and overall just doesn’t seem like it’s being “kept up”.

Our experience at this property was great- however - I do NOT recommend their counterpart in Ft Collins. Buyer BEWARE!! Construction that was not communicated ahead of time- NO amenities at all available. Was told we would get free breakfast for our troubles. No breakfast at all either. What a horrible experience. Lied to all the way around.

Safety is a huge problem if you use their shuttle service from the airport and you are handicapped. They will tell you that they pickup at 512 but they actually park at 514. Wheelchairs cannot maneuver between 512 and 514 unless you take the wheelchair into the lane of traffic. We asked the driver to move the van to 512 for a wheelchair pickup and she stated that she would not move the van. Therefore we had to maneuver the chair through traffic and then assist the person onto the van from the back of the van to the side. Huge safety concerns for this person and no assistance from the driver of the van.

I like stating here. Rooms are clean and shower is really nice. The rooms could stand to have some love though. The lampshade was cracked, and the fan was broken in the bathroom stuck making a weird buzzing noise and the hall light was out. Forgot to tell them at the property (room 209.) None of this really was much to make the stay problematic though since it was one night before the airport. Staff was super helpful and nice.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, came right up to the room when we needed assistance. The airport shuttle is very convenient.

The hotel was great in appearance. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in....to the hotel itself and to our room. My family of four was booked for the room. They only left 2 sets of towels. When we called to ask for more, they told us we could come to the desk for them. The sofa bed in our room was a trundle bed - which is fine. It was a bare mattress, however, with no sheets or blankets anywhere in the room for it. All in all, I was disappointed in the furnishing of the room and in the service level.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but a bit dated and worn. Hotel could benefit from a bit of a facelift. Neighborhood is ok, but not great, and parking lot could use some work.
