Staff and room service was very bad. We had to go to the reception counter to pick up towels and bedding supplies three times. The bar employees was talking on the phone with a speaker at a loud volume.

"Very nice suites close to airport—good stay!"

Stayed here w an airline voucher so I wasn’t expecting much. But this hotel is clean, pretty, spacious, and the staff are well-organized and very friendly. For an affordable hotel in a major US city, this is a very good choice. The rooms are suites with a divided living area (and 2nd tv) with comfortable beds, a closet (with hangers!), and a very nice bathroom. The bar/restaurant staff stayed late for the stranded passengers and were extremely sweet and helpful—food was decent bar fare, hot, fresh, and plentiful. The same smiling, helpful staff were there for breakfast in the morning too! It’s about 10+ minutes from the Denver airport and there is a free shuttle. There is a list at the desk for back/forth requests/number of guests and our 630am transfer was on time and very easy. As we were only there for a few hours during an overnight layover (without our luggage!), we didn’t use any other amenities or see the surrounding area, but we were very pleased with our experience and so thankful for the people of this hotel for making our unexpected stay so pleasant and, at least for us, effortless. Kudos to this hotel.
