Location, staff was friendly.

The microwave, and stove top didn’t work. There was food stuck between the wall and the backsplash on the little kitchenette counter top area. My husband killed several roaches. The floor was sticky and made the bottom of socks/feet dirty. Currently under renovation and was put in a room that wasn’t completed. I was told at check in while signing paperwork “there are no refunds for any reason at this property” and I should have asked to see our room first at that point. No ice machine, only 2 pillows, no extra blankets. Etc…

Nothing whatsoever. I would’ve liked the workout facility were it not packed with boxes

The room smelled like garbage so they upgraded me to one of the NEWLY RENOVATED rooms. The bed was on steel frames no cups coffee or anything but towels. The TV did not have a remote. I did not stay. Gave them the keys and left Andre eiced no refund. Terrible experience.

Location is in the middle of everything I needed to get to.

They were in the middle of rentivation project. The large dumpster takes a lot parking spaces. The carpet on the stairs needs to be replaced. Dishwasher not working right.
