good price and great staff . Only 10 minute shuttle to canton fair

I stayed at this hotel earlier this year and liked it very much so I rebooked. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. They go out of their way to assist guests. The restaurants serve good food. There are a variety of food at breakfast and for the price I cannot complain. The hotel is close to the Canton Fair for anyone interested. Though it is a bit far out from the main Tianhe town centre, there are lots to do nearby. The area is quite busy. I will stay at this hotel again.

The Grand Royal is a luxury hotel at a very affordable price. The staff are well trained and give excellent friendly service. Every guest is treated like VIP. The breakfast buffet is a real feast, which leaves nothing to desire, with great service from attentive service staff. The rooms and hotel facilities are great. The hotel location is great for trade fair visitors, as it is very close to the exhibition centre. It is also close to the suburb's centre, with lots of shops, restaurants and markets to explore. Guangzhou city centre itself is only a few subway stops away. I would definitely stay there again.

I would not stay here again because the staff in the restaurant were rude. In addition, they did not have any high chairs for infants. It wasn't easy to leave the hotel for meals because the location wasn't the best for access. The rest of the staff in the hotel were wonderful and very helpful during our 7 day stay there.
