Radisson Blu Hotel, Gdańsk

Great location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Room was also very clean.

Towels were thin and frayed. Not expected for this level of hotel. Although the breakfast was excellent the breakfast room was very cramped and it was very difficult to find a place to sit.

The location is great! The reception staff was super friendly. The location is unbelievably good. Right off the main street of Old Town and very close to the river.

We booked a premium room. It was honestly quite tired and in need of a makeover. The towels were thin and frayed. For some reason our room had a spare single bed in it, which meant a supposedly larger room wasn’t that large after all. The curtains were pretty flimsy and made it difficult to block out light. The self serve water fountain system idea is good, but they state that you can choose type of water (cold, warm, sparkling, still) but only still water was available. Our room was quite hot, but we were not able to adjust the temperature, and we were not allowed to open the windows. The gym is a tiny, dark (ie window-less) space. Although the treadmills are of good quality, everything is crammed into a too small space.
