"Hotel met prachtige ligging"

Dit hotel heeft een fantastische ligging, vlakbij Dlugi Targ (Lange Markt), het hart van de stad. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid.

Hoewel het grootste deel van het personeel erg vriendelijk was, viel de behulpzaamheid van de mensen aan de receptie tegen. Men kon of wilde ons niet helpen met het boeken van een uitstap. Ook de service aan de bar was niet wat je van een 5-sterrenhotel mag verwachten. We moesten bestellen aan de bar en onze drankjes zelf halen, terwijl onze tafel niet werd afgeruimd.
