Radisson Blu Hotel Bristol

Need to replace tea and milk not just tea

This hotel was not the same standard as other radison blu hotels I have stayed at previously. For some reason 2 unopened condoms were left on the window ledge next too a dirty tissue! Also my duvet cover had a hole in the middle of it! Slept okay and bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Good location for harbourside and theatre across the road. The receptionists were helpful as our room was not ready as we arrived before 3pm but they took our luggage to safely store. Just feel let down by the cleanliness of the room 307 I would say the cleaner needs to pay a little more attention.

A tepid morning shower dampened the overall experience.

Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Food very good. Our room very tired could do with a referb. Bed was comfortable.

Wonderful reception team who welcomed my daughter and myself, wishing her a happy birthday. We were upgraded to a superior city view room which was really lovely. Soft, comfortable beds, super clean, great view. We loved it! Breakfast was great, a lovely room, food was really nice and lots of choice. Just one niggle - we went to the theatre (the most convenient hotel as it’s just across the road) and when we came back there were some drunk people coming in to the hotel off the street to use the toilets. It occurred to me then that it would be good to have to use the key card to open doors through to the rooms / lifts, as currently anyone can go up. I was travelling as a single mum with my child so probably more concerned with safety than most!

Its fine. But only fine. Don’t stay in a standard room, they're underequipped, and the bathrooms lets just say -problematic and we'll leave it there. Its ok for a day or two if all you need is a place to sleep. When we go to Bristol again we'll be staying in a different hotel.

Room was clearly cleaned weeks before my arrival..there was clear dust on surfaces.. but the most important thing was the heating. The room was SO cold.. even after staying there for 10 hours with the central heating ON at 28 C ! The towel heating in the bathroom was not working at all and you needed shoes to walk on the bathroom's very cold surface. Receptionists were very nice but couldn't help and gave me the sense that they all knew of the issue (general, not only in one room).

Great hotel in great location on the harbour side , We were going to a gig at the 02 academy which if 5 minute walk away, some nice bars in the area. We had a spacious corner room with view of the harbour
