"Disappointed "

Overall we was disappointed. The foyer was nice, but our room was tired, carpet was grubby, and the desk was chipped and worn. There was a horrible waste water smell in the bathroom, which made us keep the door closed. The view of the harbour was nice, especially at night, but overall it was an expensive stay. Breakfast: there was a good selection on offer, but the cooked section was dried out and over cooked. Sadly on our last morning, after I had plated up my cooked breakfast I was told I could order an omelette or a poached egg.

"Radisson blu bristol"

It was a lovely room but really shocked as no fridge in room and had to move kettle from coffee and tea station to a bottom cupboard were the fridge been moved from to put kettle in cupboard to plug in to use kettle absolutely ridiculous and dangerous

"Brilliant place, but AC faulty! "

The building itself was amazing. 17th floor with views across the harbour! Staff very friendly too! Knocked a couple of stars off as the AC did not work… and given that heat rises, our room was stifling! Shame, as everything else was great!

"Good hotel, although double-standards at check-in"

A pretty good stay all in all, although check-in was a little frustrating. The receptionist stated there was no possibility of an early check-in which I understand, but after walking away from the front desk to use the toilet I overheard another couple being given a room for early check-in. Everything else was pretty good and would recommend staying here.

"Dirty, uncomfortable & service poor"

Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Complained but nothing was done about it. Was offered a refund but that didn't materialise. Stains on the walls. Fixtures and fittings loose. Unacceptable.

"Reception staff 10/10"

That chap behind the reception was exemplary in customer service 10/10 he was working sat 21st. He was friendly and when I mentioned it was a birthday celebration he upgraded our room to a lovely corner room it was beautiful. Will definitely be returning.

"Excellent"

Really great location for Bristol Beacon or Bristol Hippodrome with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very little noise from outside. We got an upgrade to our room, which was unexpected. The room was very spacious. However there were come negatives: the smoke alarm was right above the bed and its two little green lights flashed very brightly throughout the night, keeping us awake. The air conditioning unit made a regular metallic creaking noise. There were no power points next to the bed so we had to charge our phones on the other side of the room. There was no overhead shower, only a hand held one, and the shower control had a bit missing. One of the mugs had a large chunk out of the handle. So, mixed feelings about this hotel.

"Nice hotel checkin was very timely "
