"Very dirty"

had to keep asking for two washclothes. All of the rest of the towels were provided by housekeeping when they cleaned.

Breakfast was decent

We were on the 3rd floor elevator broke No advanced notice! No vending machines just ice! Really! Some of gym equipment broken! Not really quiet doors const sounded lime being slammed Cleaning staff was very nice! No sign on Howe Rd where to turn! No arrows pointing to where stairs were had to ask cuz no elevator. Really expected more from this hotel chain! Disappointed Rarely Seen clerk at desk in our several trios in and out! No asking of any excursions we might be taking no offers or suggestions just disappointing

"Not very pleasant!"

The location

After driving 4 hours to get there, I was informed that the elevator was out of service!! We had to use the stairs to get to our room. The handicapped room did not have a walk in shower or a chair height commode. Rails were installed but it was still difficult for me since I have mobility issues. The room was clean but the beds weren’t very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good!

The elevators did not work. The air conditioning was not good. The water pressure was terrible to top it off. There was roaches on the floor.
