Breakfast and ease of check in

My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton was disappointing overall due to cleanliness and safety concerns. The sofa bed sheets had visible stains (one was red, which was especially concerning), and there was hair left in the shower, which made the room feel unsanitary from the start. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. What worried me most was the lamp—when I unplugged my charger, it sparked, which felt like a serious fire hazard and definitely needs to be addressed. I will say the breakfast was good, and I appreciated that there was an extra sheet in the closet so we didn’t have to call for replacements. However, that doesn’t make up for the condition of the room. Cleanliness and safety should be a basic standard, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet that expectation.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very nice and clean & the continental breakfast was very good!

Price was high for the service provided. For this price rooms should be made everyday with asking. Had to ask for fresh towels. In a suburban area you should need to pay $7.50 per night for parking.

Location: lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet they had an old waffle iron that messed up my waffles. And people serving for the buffet. Buffet should be self serve.

The breakfast buffet food was very good. Who ever cleans the public bathroom on main floor is doing an excellent job. Always sparkling clean

That I was required to pay parking. I understand if I was in downtown Atlanta with limited parking but when we are on the burbs and ton of parking I am baffled you expect me to pay to park my car

I loved the hotel and I really enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and attentive to any request I had.

The pay for parking situation due to having an exclusive restaurant on-site.
