"Good property, incredible property just neglected "

This hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. There are general signs of wear and tear and neglect through the property. From the lights in the grand entrance hall being absolutely full of dead bugs, to guttering sagging and patch works of bad paint jobs all over the place.

The hotel is really nice, the property has a great outdoor setting and the views of the mountains are incredible. It is a place to relax and enjoy staying at the hotel or visiting the areas next to it. It is a great option for adults alone and with kids.

Such a wonderful location. Wonderful spa, great food, convenient and beautiful location to acclimate to the elevation of Peru. Very convenient to Sacred Valley sites. Highly recommend, especially for the price.
