The staff were rude and not helpful. The didn’t tell us the lights were on a delay shut off when u left with the key. I left to go to the spa for an evening appointment and my son was left in the dark. The staff said they word go turn the power to the lights on for him and didn’t u til I asked a second time if they had 35 min later

The property is a true retreat! It's nestled in the valley, surrounded by mountains and is the perfect place to relax. The staff is incredible - everyone is very attentive, very quick to respond and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful - everything looks and smells amazing! The Spa is great also - therapists really know what they're doing. This is a true 5-star property from beginning to end.

"Memorable stay! "

Staff were very helpful in every aspect. They arranged pick up, drop off, tours and anything else we asked. Property was very serene. Alpacas, peacock and parrots made it exotic.
